This project was a design response to the growing demand for more office space by a finance company based in Ilupeju area of Lagos. The proposed design features an entirely open ground floor for parking and three suspended floor levels for the offices.

Carved as a workspace for an emerging business in mainland Lagos, 22 Association harmonizes spatial efficiency with a refined, eco-conscious aesthetic, seamlessly integrating energy-saving strategies into its disciplined design.

The design prioritizes value and functionality, with an open-plan office layout that delivers spatial flexibility, allowing seamless adaptation to evolving operational needs and dynamic work environments.

The façade strikes a balance between modernity and tradition, seamlessly integrating contemporary materials like glass and aluminum with timeless elements. Disciplined window articulation ensures a cohesive and visually refined design.

Sustainability is at the core of the design. Fenestration is meticulously oriented to optimize energy efficiency, while integrated shading systems minimize solar heat gain, enhancing thermal comfort. This synergy of form and function maximizes natural daylighting and cross-ventilation, creating an energy-efficient, comfortable workspace that harmonizes with its environment.
