Nestled in a secure, accessible neighborhood in the heart of central mainland Lagos, 57 Isaac John draws inspiration from a vision to cultivate a distinctive and design-driven workplace environment.
It aims to provide vibrant businesses with an unparalleled presence, tapping into the fast-growing, predominantly youthful population of Yaba, Shomolu, and Akoka on Lagos Mainland. Designed with an open-plan layout, 57 Isaac John offers exceptional adaptability to accommodate diverse workspace needs.
Extensive roof overhangs have been strategically integrated to minimize glare, maximize shading, and enhance thermal comfort within the building interior, thereby mitigating solar heat gain while optimizing panoramic views.
The facade design pays homage to the site's historical roots, characterized by colonial-style architecture. By infusing elements reminiscent of this architectural heritage into a modern and urban context, the building enriches the neighborhood's identity in a subtle yet contemporary manner.
The incorporation of double walls serves to diminish heat gain and insulate against ambient noise, fostering a refined contemporary work environment conducive to creativity and productivity.
