JARA Mall is a contemporary 5,000 sqm strip mall strategically located along Simbiat Abiola Way in Ikeja, Lagos—one of the city's most dynamic commercial corridors.

Bordered by key urban landmarks such as the Lagos State Bus & Train Terminal, Computer Village, and the Murtala Muhammed Airport (Local Wing), the mall is positioned to thrive at the intersection of mobility, commerce, and community. The project is the result of a collaborative design effort between CARVE and internationally acclaimed Dutch architectural firm, Jos De Vries.

The design philosophy centers on sustainability and energy-conscious strategies. By harnessing natural ventilation, passive cooling techniques, and optimized daylighting, the mall significantly reduces its energy footprint without compromising comfort or functionality.

Strategically positioned at the intersection of mobility, commerce, and community, bordered by key urban landmarks including the Lagos State Bus & Train Terminal and Computer Village.
