Nestled within the heart of Ibadan's Central Business District, this residential development was conceived as a contemporary response to the growing demand for upscale urban living.

Set amidst some of the city's most prominent landmarks—including the historic Liberty Stadium, the Federal High Court, and the Palms Shopping Mall—the project site offered both a challenge and an opportunity. Characterized by its unconventional triangular footprint and dramatic topography, the land presented a steep gradient that could have easily deterred conventional design solutions.

Rather than mitigating site conditions, our design approach celebrated them. By sculpting the architecture into the steep incline, we transformed the site's complexities into a defining design language—one that fosters dynamic spatial experiences, panoramic views, and a distinct sense of place.
